优质护理服务模式对流行性出血热患者的干预效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨优质护理服务模式对流行性出血热(EHF)患者的干预效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的148例EHF患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将其分为对照组和研究组,各74例,对照组患者给予传统的护理模式,研究组患者给予优质护理服务模式。比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后,两组患者疾病知识掌握度评分显著升高,SAS评分显著降低,且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的住院时间显著短于对照组,并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务模式能够缓解患者的焦虑情绪,使其更好地掌握疾病知识,还可降低并发症发生率,促进病情恢复,在EHF护理中具有显著优势。 Objective To explore the intervention effect of high quality nursing service mode on patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF).Methods A total of148patients with EHF admitted in our hospital from January2017to January2018were selected as the research objects.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into control group and study group,with74cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing mode,and the study group was given high quality nursing service mode.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the disease knowledge mastery scores of the two groups increased significantly,SAS scores decreased significantly,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing service mode can relieve patients'anxiety,make them better to grasp disease knowledge,and decrease the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of the disease,which has significant advantages in the nursing of EHF.
