腕关节损伤的影像学研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 腕关节的解剖结构复杂,且容易损伤。X线作为常规检查,往往因骨骼重叠难以清楚分辨骨折部位及损伤程度。多层螺旋CT及后处理技术可清晰显示骨折位置及脱位情况,但其对关节软骨、肌腱、韧带损伤的判断不及核磁共振。随着超声技术的改进及发展,腕关节损伤的评估又多了一种新的影像检查方法。充分利用各种影像检查方法,并将多种检查技术联合应用对诊断腕关节损伤具有重要意义。本文综述了不同影像学检查方法诊断腕关节损伤的研究进展。 The anatomy of the wrist joint is complex and easily damaged.As a routine examination,the X-ray is often difficult to clearly distinguish the fracture site and the degree of injury due to skeletal overlap.Multi-slice spiral CT and post-processing techniques can clearly show the location and dislocation of the fracture,but the damage to the articular cartilage,tendon and ligament is less than that of magnetic resonance imaging.With the improvement and development of ultrasound technology,the evaluation of wrist injury has added a new method of image examination.It is of great significance to make full use of various imaging methods and to apply a variety of inspection techniques to diagnose wrist injuries.This article reviews the research progress of different imaging examination methods for the diagnosis of wrist injury.
