摘要
目的探讨个案管理模式对结核病合并艾滋病患者自我管理能力及心理弹性的影响。方法选取2017年5～12月新疆维吾尔自治区第六人民医院住院接受抗结核和抗病毒治疗的患者132例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各66例。对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组实施个案管理模式,比较两组患者自我管理能力及心理弹性评分。结果干预前两组患者自我管理能力及心理弹性评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后两组上述指标均高于同组干预前,观察组上述指标均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论实施个案管理可以有效提高结核病合并艾滋病患者的自我管理能力,增强患者的心理弹性水平。
Objective To explore the impact of case management mode on self-management ability and psychological resilience of tuberculosis patients with AIDS.Methods A total of132patients who received anti-tuberculosis and anti-viral treatment in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Sixth People′s Hospital from May to December2017were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with66cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given case management model.The self-management ability and psychological elasticity scores of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in self-management ability and psychological elasticity score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The above indexes of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before intervention,the above indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of case management can effectively improve the self-management ability of tuberculosis patients with AIDS and enhance their psychological resilience.
