摘要
六价铬对皮肤有严重的刺激性,是一种毒性很强的致癌物质。ELV及RoHS指令都对其进行了限值。通过紫外可见分光光度计对汽车涂料中的六价铬含量进行检测。所用方法在0.02~1.0mg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,方法检出限MDL=5.0mg/kg,回收率为90%~110%,相对偏差低。该方法简洁,准确,满足汽车涂料中六价铬含量的检测。
Hexavalent Chromium is a highly toxic carcinogen,which has severe irritation to the skin.Both ELV and RoHS instructions limited it.The content of Hexavalent chromium in automobile coatings was detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The method has good linearity in the range of 0.02 mg/L^1.0 mg/L.The method detection limit is 5.0 mg/kg.The recovery is 90-110%and the relative deviation is low.This method is simple and accurate,and meets the detection of Hexavalent Chromium in automobile coatings.
