不稳定松软煤层托顶煤回采巷道围岩控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 新安矿松软煤层托顶煤巷道顶煤抗压强度7.64 MPa,顶煤厚度不稳定,在0~9.5m之间,极易发生离层、冒落,从而影响巷道的整体稳定性。通过研究不同顶煤厚度对围岩稳定性的影响,揭示不稳定松软煤层托顶煤巷道围岩稳定机理,提出3种支护方案进行模拟比较,选择最优方案进行现场实施,矿压监测结果表明支护效果显著,为新安矿回采巷道托顶煤支护提供理论依据,同时创造了显著的经济效益。 The compressive strength of top coal at soft coal seam roof in Xin'an Mine was 7.64 MPa,the top coal thickness was unstable,varying from 0 to 9.5 m,the top coal was easy to be separated from the strata,which affected the overall stability of roadway.Through the study on the influence of different top coal thicknesses on the stability of surrounding rock,it revealed the stability mechanism of surrounding rock in the unstable soft coal seam with the top coal,and three different support schemes were carried out and compared by numerical simulation,and the optimal scheme was selected to be applied into field implementation.The mining pressure monitoring showed that the results were favorable.It provided a theoretical basis for supporting top coal in the mining roadway of Xin'an Mine,and had created a significant economic benefit.
