摘要
随着2015年不锈钢公司配套高强汽车板项目建设以来,公司全面推行质量一贯制管理。由于生产现场的自动化系统的不完善,为了确保数据采集的稳定、准确、实时、高频率要求,针对自动化一级现场工艺数据,利用PI实时数据库的工厂数据库平台的建设全面地收集现场具备数据采集条件的工艺数据,统一保存于实时数据库中,并把其中需要二次计算以及部分生产过程中的操作数据,生产情况数据等保存于关系型数据库系统中,把实时数据库系统中的数据与关系数据库中的数据通过算法匹配,规则计算等传输至各个应用系统中,从而形成了统一的数据中转平台。
Sinle Tangshan stainless steel company(TSSCO)upgrades high strength automotive steel project in 2015,TSSCO implements Construct Quality Management all the time.But because the automatic systems on site are not so perfect,so in order to guarantee the signal data collected stable、precise、real time、high frequency,the PI real time database platform is used to collect the technological signal data fetched from the PLC basic system.All the data is saved in the real time database together,the second calculation data、part of operation data in the production and process data are also stored in the relational database.The data saved in PI real time database and data stored in relational database are matched with some algorithm and rules.And the matched data supply to each application systems.So the uniform data transmission platform is fulfilled.
