可溶桥塞镶齿卡瓦研制及实验评价 被引量:8

摘要 可溶桥塞的锚定卡瓦有异于常见的铸铁卡瓦和复合材料卡瓦,除了需要提供可靠的套管锚定力和胶筒锁紧力之外,还必须具备良好的溶解性能及返排能力。为了满足页岩气水平井压裂用可溶桥塞现场施工各项指标要求,设计了可溶材料镶齿卡瓦结构,并对其锚定性能和溶解性能进行了实验测试,测试结果表明,可溶材料镶齿卡瓦结构设计及材料选型合理,在套管内壁锚定承载性能可靠,溶解性能良好,能够满足现场压裂施工要求。 Dissolvable bridge plug of the anchor slip is different from common cast iron tile or composite material slip,in addition to the need to provide reliable casing anchorage force and rubber tube locking force,it also must have a good dissolving property and easy to flowback.In order to satisfy the requirements of shale gas horizontal well fracturing with dissolvable bridge plug,the dissolvable matrix insert slip structure is designed,and its anchorage and dissolving performance are tested,showing that the dissolvable matrix insert slip structure design and material selection are proper,anchor s load bearing performance on the inner wall of the casing is reliable,dissolving performance is good,it can meet the requirements of field fracturing.
