摘要
高职院校学前教育专业人才培养方案存在脱离社会行业的现象;校外实践时间安排不合理;校见习与实习教学实践活动相对薄弱;高职院校须要与行业共建大学生实践基地等原因是进一步优化实践教学必要性的主要表现。实践教学必须构建与动手活动吻合的计划;强化顶岗实习;科学安排学生实践课时,增加实践教学时间;提高校内实训室教师技能、技巧,筑造"工匠"精神;构建科学合理的实践活动评价体系,是加速推进学前教育实践教学的有效途径。
There is a phenomenon that the training program of pre-school education professionals is divorced from the social profession;there is an unreasonable arrangement of off-campus practice time;the practice activities of school probation and practice teaching are relatively weak;the four reasons that higher vocational colleges need to build the practice base of college students with the industry are the main manifestations of the necessity of further optimizing practice teaching.Practice teaching must construct a plan that is consistent with hands-on activities;strengthen post practice;scientifically arrange students'practice class hours to increase practice teaching time;improve the skills and skills of teachers in the school training room to build the spirit of"craftsmen";and construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of practice activities is an effective way to accelerate the practice teaching of pre-school education.
