摘要
《共产党宣言》发表至今已有170年,但其中蕴藏的丰富思想内容依旧没有过时,为新时代中国特色社会主义发展和建设提供了重要的理论指导。其中,《共产党宣言》中长期被遮蔽的全球空间思想则具有重要的现实意义,马克思和恩格斯对全球空间思想的历史规律维度、现实批判维度和未来指向维度进行了论述,阐明了全球空间形成的历史必然性;批判了资本逻辑主导下全球空间的非正义性;指明了全球空间发展的未来方向。这对新时代人类命运共同体构建具有重要启示,需要阐明其历史发展的必然逻辑,树立全球空间正义的价值取向,明确世界人民的联合行动是其现实保障。在新时代人类命运共同体的构建中,要以推进"一带一路"为利益实现机制,构建共商共建共享的全球空间;以共同价值的凝练为精神纽带,维护全球空间正义;以中国为引领、世界人民为核心,推进全球空间治理转型。
It has been170years since The Communist Manifesto was issued,but its rich ideological content is not outdated so far,providing important theoretical guidance for the development and construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Especially,the long-term concealed global space thought in the manifesto has profound practical significance.Marx and Engels discussed such dimensions of global space thought as historical rules,realistic criticism and future direction,expounded the historical inevitability of the formation of the space,criticized the unjustifiability of global space which is determined by capital logic,and pointed the rightful future direction for global space development.All these are an important inspiration for the construction of a community of shared future for mankind in the new era,which requires to clarify the inevitable logic of its historical development,to establish the value orientation of global space justice,and to make it clear that the joint action of the people of the world is its realistic guarantee.In the new era,the construction of a community of shared future for mankind should promote the“One Belt and One Road”strategy as the mechanism of interest realization,build a global space for co-negotiating,co-constructing and co-sharing,maintain the global space justice with the spirit of common value as the link,and take the leadership of China and the people of the world as the center,thus promoting the transformation of global space governance.
