摘要
文中采用有限元软件分析法,通过建模分析了丁睛橡胶O形圈在不同的工作状态下的受力与失效形式。在静态时只承受压力作用,失效形式为边缘倒角处的剪切失效;微动状态下时失效形式取决于移动的速度,当速度小于临界值时,O形圈的工作状态与静态时类似;当速度大于临界值时,O形圈的工作状态会发生较大的变化,主要为滑动状态。
This paper used finite element software analytical method,analyzed the stress and failure mode under different working conditions of nitrile butadiene rubber ring by building model.Under static state,it only bears the pressure effect and the failure mode is shear failure at edge chamfer;Under micro-motion state,the failure mode is depending on the speed of motion,when the speed is lower than the critical value,the working condition of the O ring is similar to that under static state;When the speed is higher than the critical value,the working state of the O ring can have big change,mainly of sliding state.
