脂肪细胞因子与高血压脑出血患者神经功能和预后的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析高血压脑出血患者脂肪细胞因子与神经功能和预后关系。方法:高血压脑出血患者80例纳入脑出血组,单纯高血压患者60例纳入高血压组,健康体检者60例纳入对照组。入院后,ELISA法检测并比较3组血清瘦素、脂联素和内脂素水平。采用美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)对脑出血组患者进行评分并分亚组;治疗后30 d,采用格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)对脑出血组患者进行评分并分亚组;分析高血压脑出血患者血清脂肪细胞因子水平与神经功能损伤程度及预后的关系。结果:脑出血组、高血压组瘦素和内脂素水平高于对照组,且脑出血组高于高血压组(均P<0.05);脑出血组、高血压组脂联素水平低于对照组,且脑出血组低于高血压组(均P<0.05)。根据NIHSS评分,脑出血重度亚组、中重度亚组瘦素和内脂素水平高于轻中度亚组,且重度亚组高于中重度亚组(均P<0.05);重度亚组、中重度亚组脂联素水平低于轻中度亚组,且重度亚组低于中重度亚组(均P<0.05)。根据GOS评分,脑出血预后良好亚组和预后不良亚组瘦素、内脂素和脂联素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清瘦素、脂联素和内脂素水平与高血压脑出血的发生和发展密切相关,且其异常水平可能与神经功能损伤程度有关,与预后可能无关。
