摘要
外墙是建筑与室内外环境热量转换的关键部位,对建筑物能耗产生很大影响。针对新疆北部严寒地区住宅数量较大、抗震设防烈度高、建筑采暖能耗大等特点,以昌吉市牧民定居平房为例,选取保温性能较好的夹芯保温密肋复合墙体作为建筑物外围护结构,利用红外热成像法对所选建筑外墙热工缺陷进行测试分析,探寻装配式混凝土结构低层建筑外墙的热工缺陷主要出现在哪些侧向及部位,并进行原因剖析,进一步找到弥补此类建筑热工缺陷的方法及举措,为装配式建筑结构外墙保温性能的提升提供技术依据。
The fa c,ade is a key part of the heat transfer between building and indoor and outdoor environment and has a significant impact on building energy consumption.In view of the large number of houses in the cold area of northern Xinjiang,high seismic fortification intensity and large building heating energy consumption,taking Changchun herdsmen’s settlement bungalows as an example,we select the sandwich thermal insulation multi-ribbed composite wall with good thermal insulation as the outside envelope structure,the thermal defects of the external walls of the selected buildings are tested and analyzed by infrared thermal imaging method.The lateral and location of the thermal defects of the external walls of low-rise buildings with assembled concrete structures are explored,and the causes are analyzed.The methods and measures to remedy the thermal defects of such buildings are further found,which are outside the assembled buildings.The technical basis for improving wall insulation performance is provided.
