摘要
分布式风电的环境适应性强、对电网安全稳定性影响小、消纳问题不突出,是未来可再生能源的重要发展方向。本文基于分布式风电接入配电网的影响情况,首先分析分布式风电的工作特性以及无功配置现状;其次基于场景分析法建立以无功电压为约束,以考虑电压偏差、电压波动和投资回收期因素为目标的含分布式风电无功优化配置模型,并采用直接比较法对其进行求解;最后通过仿真算例验证所提无功配置策略的效果。结果表明,所提策略适用,可为分布式风电接入配电网的无功配置问题提供指导。
The distributed wind power(DWG)s an important development direction of renewable energy to its high environmental adaptability,less influence on safe and stable performance of grid and not promi-nent of consumption.Based on the influence of distributed wind power connecting to the distribution grid,the operating characteristic of DWG and reactive power configuration status are analyzed firstly.Secondly,the reactive power optimization configuration model including distribution wind power is established with reactive power voltage as constraint and voltage offset,voltage fluctuation and investment recovery period as objective,and it is solved by the direct comparison method.Finally,the result of reactive power configu-ration strategy proposed is verified through simulation calculation.It is shown by the result that the propose strategy is applicable and can provide guidance for the reactive power configuration issue of distribution wind power to the distribution grid.
