磁控电抗器参与AVC系统协调控制的工程实践 被引量:6

摘要 利用磁控电抗器作为区域电网自动电压调节系统的执行环节,不仅能够避免由于传统并联电抗器频繁投切所造成的操作过电压问题,且实现了系统无功的连续平滑调节。本文以杭州某区域电网内220kV变电站的磁控电抗器为例,介绍了磁控电抗器参与AVC系统互联协调控制的技术方案,并详细阐述了控制原理和控制策略。工程实践结果表明,变电站内的磁控电抗器能够快速准确地响应AVC系统所下发的控制指令,且所设定的控制策略有效可靠。 Using magnetically controlled reactor as an implementation of automatic voltage regulation sys-tem of the regional power grid can not only avoid the issue of switching overvoltage due to frequent switch-ing of traditional parallel reactors,but also can realize the continuous smooth regulation of the system reac-tive power.In this paper,the MCR at a220kV substation in a regional power grid of Hangzhou is taken as an example,the technical proposal of MCR involving in the interconnection coordination control for AVC system is introduced and the control principle and the strategy are described.It is shown by the engineering practice result that MCR in the substation can response quickly and accurately the control command issued by the AVC system and the set control strategy is effective and reliable.
