摘要
为了确定GAAS80/580焊机的各个参数在U71Mn钢轨焊接工艺中所起的作用和每个参数对焊接质量的影响程度,采用GAAS80/580焊机进行大量焊接试验,研究预热电压、预热次数、末期烧化速度、末期烧化电压、末期烧化电流限值等多个参数与灰斑面积、落锤性能之间的关系。研究结果表明,各个参数对灰斑面积、落锤性能的影响程度不同,相比较而言,预热次数、末期烧化速度、加热程度指数对焊接质量的影响较大。
In order to determine the role of each parameter of GAAS80/580 welding machine in U71Mn rail welding process and the effect of each parameter on the welding quality,a large number of welding tests were carried out by using GAAS80/580 welding machine.On this basis,this paper studied the relations of several parameters such as preheating voltage,preheating times,last f lashing speed,last f lashing voltage and last f lashing current limit with gray spot area and drop hammer performance.The results show that the inf luence of each parameter on the grey spot area and drop hammer performance is different,and preheating times,last f lashing speed and heat degree index inf luence welding quality greatly by contrast.
