摘要
液压油和液压元件的清洁度在一定程度上决定了综掘机液压系统的可靠性和寿命。液压油污染是造成综掘机液压系统故障的主要原因。主要分析造成综掘机液压系统污染的原因、污染的种类及其产生的危害,并提出控制液压系统污染的相关措施和方法。
The cleanliness of hydraulic oil and hydraulic components determines the reliability and longevity of the hydraulic system of the composite excavator to some extent.Hydraulic oil pollution is the main cause of failure of the hydraulic system of the composite excavator.The causes of the pollution caused by the hydraulic system of the excavator,the types of pollution,and the hazards that they cause were analyzed,and relevant measures and methods for controlling the pollution of the hydraulic system were proposed.
