摘要 介绍故障树理论,分析应用故障树分析方法构建故障诊断模型具体过程,结合实例探讨提升机设备故障问题诊断,并基于故障树分析构建提升机设备故障诊断模型,将所构建的模型应用在提升机设备控制系统之中,可以有效地对故障问题加以诊断,为煤矿生产以及井下作业人员的安全性提供可靠保障。 The theory of fault tree was introduced,the process of building fault diagnosis model was analyzed by using fault tree analysis method,the fault diagnosis of hoist equipment was discussed with examples,and the fault diagnosis model of hoist equipment was built based on fault tree analysis,and the model to the control system of hoist equipment was applied.It can effectively diagnose the faults and provide a reliable guarantee for the safety of coal mine production and underground workers.
