摘要
目的分析Bakri球囊在前置胎盘剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年9月于我院诊断为前置胎盘并行剖宫产手术的64例患者作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,每组各32例。研究组行Bakri球囊填塞止血治疗,对照组子宫下段给予充分缝合止血,未放置止血球囊止血治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组术中出血量、产后2 h、24 h出血量、输血量、手术时间等指标均优于对照组,止血成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组的手术成功率高于对照组,子宫切除率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论前置胎盘伴植入患者采用Bakri球囊填塞止血治疗,不仅能提高手术成功率、止血成功率,减少术中出血量、产后出血量、输血量,还可缩短手术时间,规避子宫切除风险,效果显著,可临床推荐使用。
Ojbective Analyze the application effect of Bakri balloon in cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods Sixty-four patients with anterior placenta and cesarean section diagnosed in our hospital from January2017to September2018were selected as study subjects,divided into study group and control group,with32cases in each group.The study group underwent Bakri balloon tamponade for hemostasis treatment.The lower uterus of the control group was given full suture to stop bleeding.No hemostatic balloon hemostasis was placed.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss,postpartum2h,24h bleeding volume,blood transfusion volume,operation time and other indicators were better than the control group,the success rate of hemostasis was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The success rate of surgery was higher than that of the control group,and the hysterectomy rate was lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with placenta previa with Bakri balloon tamponade for hemostasis,not only can improve the success rate of surgery,the success rate of hemostasis,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,postpartum hemorrhage,blood transfusion,can also shorten the operation time,avoid the risk of hysterectomy,and the effect is remarkable,which can be recommended clinically.
