摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的效果。方法选取该院2016年5月—2018年5月收治的糖尿病合并胆囊结石患者54例,随机分为2组各27例,观察组给予腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,对照组给予开腹手术。结果术后观察组FPG、2 hPG升高程度明显小于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.7%,明显低于对照组14.8%(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者实施腹腔镜下胆囊切除术能有效降低手术风险,减少并发症,利于控制血糖。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 54 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with gallstones admitted to the department from May 2016 to May2018were randomly divided into two groups:27 patients each.The observation group received laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the control group received open surgery.Results The increase of FPG and 2h PG in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was observed in the observation group of 3.7%,significantly lower than the control group 14.8%(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with diabetes can effectively reduce the risk of surgery,reduce complications,and help control blood glucose.
