摘要
烟用包装材料中六种着色剂残留量的测定尤为重要,使用高效液相色谱法能够同时测定烟用包装材料中姜黄色素、柠檬黄、樱桃红素、诱惑红、碱性嫩黄O以及碱性橙六种着色剂。高效液相色谱法使用起来方便易操作,测定的数据更加精确可靠,并且同一样品能够多次重复测定。基于此,在阐述高效液相色谱法的基本概述,然后重点探究了高效液相色谱法在烟用包装材料中六种着色剂残留量的具体使用方法,最后对测定结果进行分析点评,以此供相关人士参考借鉴。
the determination of residues of six colorants in tobacco packaging materials is particularly important,and the determination of turmeric pigment,lemon yellow,cherrirubin,seduction red,alkaline tenderloin O and alkaline orange colorants in tobacco packaging materials by hplc.High performance liquid chromatography is easy to use,the measured data is more accurate and reliable,and the same sample can be repeatedly measured.Based on this,this paper aims to introduce the basic overview of hplc,then focus on the use of hplc in tobacco packaging materials residue of six colorants,and finally to analyze and comment on the results of the determination.This is for the reference of relevant persons.
