摘要 采用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定鱿鱼中的镉含量,综合测量过程和数学模型,确定不确定度来源,分析各部分不确定度的分量,计算合成不确定度,最终得到镉含量测定的扩展不确定度。结果表明,鱿鱼中镉含量为1.27 mg/kg,在95%的置信区间下,其扩展不确定度为0.0432 mg/kg(k=2)。按引入的不确定度分量贡献大小排序依次为被测组分浓度、样品定容体积、回收率、试样质量。 The cadmium content in squid was determined by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The measurement process and mathematical model were used to determine the source of uncertainty,analyze the components of each part of uncertainty,calculate the synthesis uncertainty,and the extended uncertainty of cadmium content determination was obtained.The results showed that the cadmium content in the squid was1.27mg/kg,and the extended uncertainty was0.0432mg/kg(k=2)under the95%confidence interval.According to the introduced uncertainty component contribution,the decreasing order is the concentration of the measured component,the volume of the sample,the recovery rate,and the mass of the sample.
