摘要
在西点分类中,面包的制作相对较难,一是因为面包制作有比较完善的基础理论,在理论学习方面有一定的难度;二是面包制作实践操作部分要求有熟练的动手能力,才能做出高品质的面包。通过对教学实践的总结,结合自己的学习经验,对面包制作中关键技术的要点进行了一些分析。
In the west point classification,the production of bread is relatively difficult.First,bread production has relatively complete basic theory,it has certain difficulties in theoretical learning.Second,the practical operation of bread production requires skilled hands-on ability to make high-quality bread.Through the summary of teaching practice,combining with my own learning experience,this paper analyzed the key points of key techniques in bread making.
