联合使用机用PathFile治疗重度弯曲根管的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨联合使用机用PathFile治疗重度弯曲根管的疗效。方法选取2015年3月～2017年12月来我科就诊需进行根管治疗的磨牙80颗作为研究对象,将其随机分为A组与B组,A组先用PathFile进行冠部预扩大后,再用Mtwo进行根管预备;B组单独使用Mtwo预备根管。比较两组治疗后差异。结果 A组根管预备时间较B组稍长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组根尖偏移率及器械折断率较B组低,恰填率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合机用PathFile的Mtwo镍钛器械时,能较好的保持根管的原有形态。
