摘要
本文针对某型船齿轮箱PTO输出轴轴封漏油故障进行分析,找出齿轮箱及轴封设计、安装存在的缺陷,并合理制订了有效的解决方案。经实船试验验证,该解决方案为其它舰船类似问题提供了经验。
This paper analyses the oil leakage fault of PTO output shaft seal of a certain type of ship gearbox,finds out the design and installation defects of the gearbox and the shaft seal,and puts forward an effective solution for it,which is proved effective by actual ship test.
