摘要
目的比较乳腺腺病与乳腺癌的彩色多普勒超声声像图特点,以提高两种疾病临床诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2016年3月～2018年2月经手术病理证实的乳腺腺病或乳腺癌病例40例临床资料,均采用彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组对象声像图特点。结果以手术病理为金标准,术前彩超诊断符合33例(82.50%)。结论彩色多普勒超声应用于乳腺腺病与乳腺癌的鉴别诊断中具有较好效果,同时具有操作简便、无创、可反复检查、诊断符合率高等优势,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To compare the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound images of breast adenosis and breast cancer to improve the clinical diagnosis accuracy of the two diseases.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of40cases of adenopathy of mammary gland or breast cancer confirmed pathologically by menstruation surgery in the hospital where the author worked from March2016to February2018.The Color doppler ultrasound examination was used to compare the characteristics of acoustic images of the two groups of subjects.Results The surgical pathology was the gold standard.The preoperative color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was consistent with33cases(82.50%).Conclusion The Color Doppler ultrasound has a good effect in the differential diagnosis of breast adenosis and breast cancer.
