摘要
目的探究腹腔镜手术和促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗中重度子宫内膜异位症的有效率、妊娠率。方法本次选取研究对象为72例中重度子宫内膜异位症患者,研究时间为2016年01月10日～2018年04月27日,随机分为2组,各36例。对照组给予腹腔镜手术治疗、观察组给予腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗,然后对两组患者的临床总有效率、妊娠率、复发率进行观察与评估。结果观察组36例中重度子宫内膜异位症患者的临床总有效率97.22%(35/36)高于对照组数据,P<0.05。观察组36例中重度子宫内膜异位症患者1年内的妊娠率83.33%(30/36)高于对照组数据,而复发率5.56%(2/36)低于对照组数据,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗中重度子宫内膜异位症具有较高的临床价值,能够在降低复发率的基础上提高妊娠率,值得应用及推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy and pregnancy rate of laparoscopic surgery and gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists in the treatment of moderate and severe endometriosis.Methods The subjects of this study were72patients with moderate and severe endometriosis from January10,2016to April27,2018.They were randomly divided into two groups with36cases each.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist,and then the total clinical effective rate,pregnancy rate and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients were observed and evaluated.Results The total clinical effective rate of36patients with moderate and severe endometriosis in the observation group was97.22%(35/36)higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of36patients with moderate and severe endometriosis in the observation group within one year was83.33%(30/36)higher than that of the control group,while the recurrence rate of5.56%(2/36)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist is of high clinical value in the treatment of moderate and severe endometriosis,which can improve the pregnancy rate on the basis of reducing the recurrence rate and is worthy of application and promotion.
