摘要
探讨落实内审检查长效机制在提升急诊科护理质量的体会,通过等级医院评审的内审检查中,针对急诊科工作特点,从人力资源、管理模式、规章制度落实等方面加大检查力度,提升了护理队伍整体素质,提高了护理质量,从而达到了以评促建,以评促改的目的。以急诊护理人员为研究对象,对其于2017年1月～2018年1月建立长效机制的内审检查,组成了急诊内审小组,内审组每月定期按照内审检查表完成现场审核。每个检查项目均以现场查看和现场访谈的方式进行检查。每个现场访谈的问题均规定访谈的对象和人数时间为期1年。通过对急诊科内审组模拟检查,建立内审检查的长效机制,体现了医院护理管理模式的持续改进,推进了急诊护理工作的细化、量化、规范化、保证护理安全,促进急诊护理工作质量的持续改进,提高护理人员整体素质。
To explore the experience of implementing the long-term mechanism of internal audit examination in improving the nursing quality of emergency department.Through the internal audit examination of grade hospital evaluation,aiming at the working characteristics of the emergency department,we strengthened the inspection from the aspects of human resources,management mode,rules and regulations implementation,etc.,which improved the overall quality of the nursing team,improved the quality of nursing,and thus achieved the purpose of promoting construction with evaluation and promoting reform with evaluation.Taking emergency nursing personnel as the research object,the internal audit examination of long-term mechanism was established from January2017to January2018,and the emergency internal audit team was formed.The internal audit team regularly completed the on-site audit in accordance with the internal audit checklist every month.Each inspection item was checked by on-site view and interview.The subjects and number of people for each on-site interview were specified for a period of1year.Through the simulation examination of the internal audit group of the emergency department,the establishment of the long-term mechanism of internal audit examination reflects the continuous improvement of the hospital nursing management mode,promotes the refinement,quantification,standardization of emergency nursing work,ensures nursing safety,promotes the continuous improvement of the quality of emergency nursing work,and improves the overall quality of nursing staff.
