中西医结合治疗结核性腹膜炎的临床安全性及疗效评价 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价猫爪草胶囊和利福平联用治疗结核性腹膜炎(后简称本病)安全性及疗效,为探究中西药结合治疗本病提供参考。方法 120例确诊本病患者随机分3组。给药0、2、4月后,抽取患者血液测定谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨(AST)酶浓度、血肌酐(Scr)、肿瘤标志物125(CA125)及白蛋白浓度,计算血清腹水白蛋白梯度(SAAG)水平。结果联合给药组总有效率93.3%,显著高于另2组的60%及50%(P<0.05)。结论联合给药治疗本病疗效,得到良好安全性及有效性验证,采用中西医结合治疗本病有良好应用前景。
