摘要
悬浮控制系统是磁浮列车的关键系统,也是磁浮列车区别于轮轨列车的主要特征之一,其主要功能是通过对电磁铁线圈励磁电流的调节,使车辆与轨道之间保持8~10mm的稳定悬浮间隙。介绍了在中低速磁浮试验线悬浮控制系统的基础上,面向国内第一条工程化中低速磁浮交通系统——长沙磁浮快线的建设需求,分析了悬浮控制系统从试验产品向工程化应用过程中遇到并解决的可靠性设计、抗干扰设计、车轨耦合振动、轨道台阶激扰等关键技术问题。工程实践结果显示,我国自主研发设计的中低速磁浮列车悬浮控制系统已经达到工程应用水平。
Levitation control system is the key system of maglev train,also a distinguishing feature of maglev train different from wheel/rail transportation.Its main function is to maintain a8~10mm stable levitation gap between vehicle and track by adjusting the electromagnet coil current.Through an introduction to the levitation control system designed for the medium and low-speed maglev test line,and based on requirements of the first engineering experiment maglev system-Changsha Medium and Low-speed Maglev Express Line in China,the key technical issues related to reliable design,anti-interference design,vehicle/track coupling vibration,excitation of guideway offset in the operation are analyzed.The engineering practice shows that the levitation control system of medium and low-speed maglev train has reached the engineering application level.
