摘要
研究退役动力锂离子电池单体重组的筛选指标。对不同容量的退役动力电池单体进行放电实验,分析了单体不同状态的稳定电压与放电容量关系、SOC-OCV、SOE-OCV以及C_D-OCV特性,提出了基于罗曼诺夫斯基准则和C_D-OCV特性曲线的退役动力电池单体的筛选方法。结果表明,该方法能比较准确地筛选出性能一致的退役动力电池单体,对于电池的梯次利用具有一定的参考意义。
Screening criteria of secondary packing of returned power lithium battery are investigated.A discharging experiment is conducted on different discharge capacity cells.Based on the SOC-OCV curves,SOE-OCV curves,CD-OCV curves and effect of discharge capacity on stable voltage in different states,a screening criteria considering on Romanowski criterion and CD-OCV curve is proposed.The results showed that the proposed screening criteria can accurately sieve the returned battery with the consistent performances.The conclusions will provide references to echelon use for returned battery.
