摘要
波音787飞机上首次采用了锂电池作为飞机的应急电源,航空锂电池具有比能量高、质量轻、体积小的优势,但安全性较差,B787飞机曾因锂电池故障停飞。为了使航空锂电池安全可靠运行,必须对它可能产生的故障进行检测和分析。在航空锂电池故障产生原理的基础上,分析了故障产生的原因,建立了故障检测的故障库,研制了可以进行故障检测与诊断的设备,为航空锂电池的故障检测与诊断提供了参考,为锂电池的安全可靠运行提供了保障。
Boeing 787 aircraft uses the lithium battery as a emergency power supply for the first time.Lithium battery has advantages of high energy,light weight and small size,but its safety is poor.Once,failure of lithium battery caused the B787 aircraft grounded.Therefore,fault detection and analysis is necessary to ensure lithium battery safe and reliable.In this paper,on the basis of the failure principle of aviation lithium ion battery,the causes of the fault is analyzed,the fault library for fault detection is established,a reference for the fault detection and a guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of lithium battery are provided.
