摘要
据世界卫生组织预测,到2030年抑郁症将会上升至世界疾病负担首位,到2040年抑郁症将是导致残疾的最常见的原因。研究表明,最多只有30%~40%的抑郁症患者在任何治疗中都会有缓解,目前抑郁症的治疗仍以经验性治疗为主,尚无临床实践中可用的生物标记物用于患者的个体化治疗。研究表明脑磁共振成像具有预测抗抑郁治疗后临床改善的潜在价值,本文主要从抑郁症的脑结构MRI和功能MRI两个方面综述抑郁症治疗前脑MRI改变与抗抑郁治疗临床改善间关系的研究。
According to the World Health Organization,depression will rise to the top of the world's disease burden by2030,and depression will be the most common cause of disability by2040.Studies have shown that up to30%to40%of patients with depression will be relieved in any treatment.Currently,the treatment of depression is still based on empiric therapy.There are no biomarkers available in clinical practice for patients.Treatment.Studies have shown that brain magnetic resonance imaging has the potential value of predicting clinical improvement after antidepressant therapy.This article reviews the MRI and functional MRI of depressive brain tissue from the aspects of brain structure MRI and functional MRI in depression.Research on the relationship.
