摘要
21世纪已进入到一个终身学习的社会,而要想形成终身教育体系国家就需要大力发展继续教育,也是满足国际发展趋势的实际需求。继续教育不但是对受教育机会进行弥补的补充性教育手段之一,同时也是终身学习和终身教育的最佳教育形式之一。通过成人医药护理继续教育能让护理人员学习新知识、新技术,进而提高护理水平,建设高素质的护理队伍。但现阶段成人医药护理继续教育的教学模式单一,教学质量还无法令人满意,因此就需要对成人医药护理继续教育的教学模式进行不断创新,提高教学质量,进而促进医药护理的发展,为患者提供更加优质和高效的护理服务。
The21st century has entered a lifelong learning society.It is necessary to vigorously develop continuing education to form a lifelong education system,this is also the need to meet the international development trend.Continuing education is not only a supplementary educational means to make up for educational opportunities,but also one of the best forms of education for lifelong learning and lifelong education.Adult medical continuing nursing education teaching can promote the nursing staff to continuously learn new knowledge and new technologies,so as to improve the nursing level and build a high-quality nursing team.However,the teaching model of adult medical nursing continuing education is single and the teaching quality is not satisfied at this stage.Therefore,it is very necessary to continue to innovate the teaching mode of adult medical continuing nursing education,improve teaching quality and promote the development of medical care,so as to provide patients with more quality and efficient care services.
