摘要
目的比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术在结直肠癌根治术的远期疗效。方法回顾性选取我院于2016年5月—2018年5月收治的80例结直肠癌患者,按随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组,每组40例,A组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,B组采用开腹手术治疗,观察比较两组患者手术情况、术后并发症情况及远期疗效。结果 A组手术时间为(75.5±13.5)min、术中出血量(109.6±4.9)mL、肠功能恢复时间(2.1±0.5)d、术后并发症发生率17.50%,局部复发率为2.50%,转移率为7.50%;B组手术时间为(101.2±51.6)min、术中出血量(131.7±49.8)mL、肠功能恢复时间(3.7±0.8)d、术后并发症发生率37.50%,局部复发率为15.00%,转移率为25.00%。A组各项指标显示均优于B组,P <0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论与开腹手术相比,对结直肠癌患者采取腹腔镜手术治疗的疗效更佳。
Objective To compare the long-term outcomes of laparoscopic and open radical resection for colorectal cancer.Methods80patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from May2016to May2018were retrospectively selected.They were divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,each group with40cases,group A was treated with laparoscopy,and group B was treated with laparotomy.The operation,postoperative complications and long-term effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results In group A,the operation time was(75.5±13.5)min,the amount of bleeding during operation was(109.6±4.9)mL,the recovery time of intestinal function was(2.1±0.5)d,the incidence of complications was17.50%,the local recurrence rate was2.50%,and the metastasis rate was7.50%.In group B,the operation time was(101.2±51.6)minutes,intraoperative bleeding volume was(131.7±49.8)mL,intestinal function recovery time was(3.7±0.8)days,the incidence of postoperative complications was37.50%,local recurrence rate was15.00%,and metastasis rate was25.00%.The indexes of group A were better than those of group B,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with laparotomy,laparoscopic surgery is more effective for colorectal cancer patients.
