摘要
目的:探讨持续质量改进在内分泌科护理管理中的应用价值。方法:选择2017年3月-2018年6月我院收治的80例内分泌科患者,采用随机数表法分为2组,各40例。对照组实施传统护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加以持续质量改进。比较两组护理质量、满意度。结果:观察组护理质量、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在内分泌科实施持续质量改进效果显著,能有效提高护理质量及患者护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of continuous quality improvement in nursing management in Department of Endocrinology.Methods:From March 2017 to June 2018, 80 patients in endocrinology department were divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. The control group received traditional nursing intervention, while the observation group was given continuous quality improvement on the basis of the control group. The nursing quality and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing quality and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of continuous quality improvement in endocrinology department is remarkable, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patients'satisfaction with nursing.
