摘要
目的:探讨标准化饮食护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖波动及体重控制的影响。方法:选取2017年6月到2018年6月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者80例,按照随机对照原则分成对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组接受标准化饮食护理干预,比较两组患者血糖波动情况、体重控制情况。结果:观察组患者早、中、晚餐后血糖峰值及24h血糖平均值均低于对照组,到达峰值时间高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者体重、BMI均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化饮食护理可有效改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖波动情况,控制患者的体重,可行性高。
Objective:to explore the effects of standardized dietary care on blood glucose fluctuation and weight control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random control, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received standardized dietary nursing intervention, and the blood glucose fluctuation and weight control of the two groups were compared.Results:the mean values of the blood glucose peaks and 24h after breakfast, lunch and dinner in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the time of reaching the peak was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The weight and BMI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:the standardized diet nursing can effectively improve the blood glucose fluctuation of patients with type 2 diabetes, control the weight of patients, and is highly feasible.
