喉鳞癌中DNA结合/分化抑制蛋白-2和血管内皮生长因子-C表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测喉鳞癌中DNA结合/分化抑制蛋白-2(ID-2)和血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的表达特征,分析其临床意义及相关性。方法:以67例喉鳞癌的患者作为观察组,留取临床资料及术后石蜡标本,以45例声带息肉组织作为对照组,应用免疫组化SP法检测二组中ID-2和VEGF-C的表达。结果:二组中ID-2和VEGF-C的表达差别有统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组中ID-2和VEGF-C的表达与病变的增殖指数、脉管累犯和淋巴结转移密切相关,ID-2的表达与肿瘤的分化程度和病变最大径密切相关。观察组中ID-2和VEGF-C的表达具有正相关性。结论:ID-2和VEGF-C在喉鳞癌中高表达,对肿瘤的形成和发展有一定的促进作用。ID-2与VEGF-C有一定的协同作用。 Objective:To detect the expressions of DNA binding/differentiation inhibitor protein-2(ID-2)and vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C)in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,analyze their clinical significance and correlation.Methods:Expression of ID-2and VEGF-C were detected in67laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(observation group)and45vocal cord polyp(control group)by IHC.Results:Expression of ID-2and VEGF-C was significantly different in two groups.Expressions of ID-2and VEGF-C were closely related to the proliferation index,vascular involvement and lymph node metastasis.Expression of ID-2was closely related to differentiation and max diameter.There was positive correlation between ID-2and VEGF-C in the observation group.Conclusion:Higher expressions of ID-2and VEGF-C can promote the formation and development in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.ID-2and VEGF-C has a synergistic effect.
