摘要
光伏发电易受到外界环境的影响发生故障,造成输出功率大幅下降。文章在单个太阳能电池研究的基础上通过理论模型分析、模拟仿真和实验测试,对光伏组件输出特性受局部阴影的影响进行了分析与研究。文中利用Matlab/Simulink软件对光伏阵列在不同光照、温度、遮挡分布下进行输出特性仿真,得到最大功率点位置随外部条件变化的结果。
Photovoltaic power generation is vulnerable to the impact of the external environment to failure,resulting in a significant decline in output power.Based on the research of single solar cell,the influence of local shadow on the output characteristics of PV module is analyzed and studied by theoretical model analysis,simulation and experimental test.In this paper,the output characteristics of photovoltaic array under different illumination,temperature and occlusion distribution are simulated using Matlab/Simulink software,and the results of maximum power point location changing with the external conditions are obtained.
