摘要
随着社会的不断发展科技的进步,我国的制造业也不断地发展,而数控机床作为制造业主要的加工设备之一,受到了各个企业的广泛使用,但是由于目前的工作人员不重视机床的维修和保养工作,导致了机床故障的概率不断增加,不仅仅降低了设备的利用率,同时也给企业带来了一定的利益损失。本篇文章就分析了我国数控机床常见的日常维护和保养方法,希望相关工作人员可以共同探讨学习。
With the continuous development of society and the progress of science and technology,the manufacturing industry of our country is also developing constantly,and the numerical control machine tool as one of the main processing equipment of manufacturing industry,has been widely used by various enterprises.However,because of the neglect of the maintenance and repair of machine tools,the probability of machine tool failure is increasing,which not only reduces the utilization rate of equipment,but also brings some benefits and losses to the enterprise.This paper has analyzed the daily overhaul and maintenance methods commonly used in our country's numerical control machine tool,in the hope that it provides reference for the related staff.
