摘要
针对动平衡测试系统中准确快速采集振动信号问题展开研究,设计实现了振动信号快速采集卡。该采集卡采用LF353运算放大器作为两级滤波的基本器件,基于ARM微处理器STM32F103RCT6作为系统微处理器,能够把压电传感器拾取的电荷信号转换为电压信号,并且通过两级滤波滤除高低频干扰,实现对振动信号的快速精准提取。实验结果表明,设计的信号采集卡采集信号速度快,精度高。
In order to solve the problem about acquisition vibration signal accurately and fast in dynamic balance test system,the fast vibration signal acquisition card is designed.The LF353operational amplifier is used as a basic components of two-stage filter.Based on ARM microprocessor STM32F103RCT6as the system microprocessor,the charge signal that obtained by piezoelectric sensors can be converted to voltage signal.Through two-stage filtering,high frequency and low frequency interference are filtered out,and fast and accurate extraction of vibration signal is realized.The experimental results show that the signal acquisition card can collect signal fast and accurately.
