摘要
应用Patran软件对某冷轧机机架建立三维有限元模型,应用Nastran程序进行模态分析。从数值仿真结果可以看出,机架的整体刚度分布比较均匀,其动态性能比较好。计算值与试验测试值的误差在9%以内,可以为机架结构的设计改进提供指导。
The three-dimensional finite element model of the rolling stand of a chiller is established using Patran software,and the modal analysis is carried out using the Nastran program.From the numerical simulation results,it can be seen that the overall stiffness distribution of the frame is relatively uniform,and its dynamic performance is better.The error between the calculated value and the test value is less than 9%,which can provide guidance for the design improvement of the rack structure.
