摘要
采用低温结晶湿法,探究了稳定剂组合、稳定剂配比和EDTA稳定剂加入量对过碳酸钠稳定性的影响.结果显示,当三种稳定剂同时存在时,制得的过碳酸钠活性氧含量最高,稳定度最好; EDTA、Na2Si O3、MgSO4质量配比为1︰1︰0. 5时,所制得的过碳酸钠活性氧含量达到14. 37%、稳定度在98%以上,产率也在87%以上;当稳定剂添加量为0. 60%时,过碳酸钠活性氧含量最高,且过碳酸钠的产率已达到87. 12%.
The effects of stabilizer combination,stabilizer ratio and EDTA stabilizer dosage on the stability of sodium percarbonate were investigated by low temperature crystallization wet method.The results showed that when three stabilizers existed at the same time,the content of active oxygen in the prepared sodium percarbonate was the highest and the stability was the best;EDTA,Na_2SiO_3,MgSO When the mass ratio of65.
