摘要
以大花萱草霞光、粉红宝、金红星品种为材料,采用单芽蘸根盆栽方法,研究了NAA (300,500,800 mg·L^(-1))、6-BA(100,200,400 mg·L^(-1))、IBA(300,500,800 mg·L^(-1))、NAA×IBA(300×300,500×500,800×800 mg·L^(-1))对大花萱草分蘖能力及成活率的影响。结果表明,6-BA对大花萱草分蘖能力有着极显著的影响,6-BA 200 mg·L^(-1)对霞光分蘖效果最佳,增殖系数为4.67;6-BA 400 mg·L^(-1)对粉红宝分蘖效果最佳,增殖系数为3.11;6-BA 400 mg·L^(-1)对金红星分蘖效果最佳,增殖系数为2.46。且大花萱草成活率与4种植物生长调节剂有关。
Taking the Hemerocallis hybrid Hort.Xiaguang,Fenhongbao,Jinhongxing as experimental material,the single bud root potting method was used to study the effect of NAA(300,500,800mg·L^-1),6-BA(100,200,400mg·L^-1),IBA(300,500,800mg·L^-1),NAA×IBA(300×300,500×500,800×800mg·L^-1)on the tillering capacity of Hemerocallis hybrid Hort.and survival rate.The results showed that 6-BA had a significant effect on the tillering ability of Hemerocallis hybrid.Screening of 6-BA200mg·L^-1 had the best effect on Hemerocallis hybrid Hort.Xiaguang,the multiplication coefficient was4.67,6-BA400mg·L^-1 .Hemerocallis hybrid Hort.Fenhongbao effect was the best,and the multiplication coefficient was 3.11.6-BA400mg·L^-1 had the best effect on hybrid Hort.Jinhongxing,and the proliferation coefficient was2.46.And the survival rate of hybrid Hort.was related to four plant growth regulators.
