摘要
以教学督导和评价机制的历史和现状为基本出发点,通过今夕对比办学规模改变前后、不同教育背景下的教学督导和评价机制,发现:(1)教学督导基本机制是相同的,督导工作与行政管理密切相关。(2)督导机制随着办学规模和模式的改变而调整。(3)长期以来的督导制度和现阶段的实际情况产生了矛盾。从一线教育教学的视角分析现状和问题,文章提出了对教育教学督导和评价机制的改进方案:建议对教师教学评价实行综合考虑,并减小学生评教比例,增大教学督导的比例。
Based on the history and current situation of teaching supervision and evaluation mechanism,by mak?ing comparison between the previous and present teaching supervision and evaluation mechanism before and after the change of school scale and different educational backgrounds,it is found that the basic mechanism of teaching supervi?sion is the same and supervision work and administration management is closely related and the supervision mecha?nism is adjusted with the change of the scale and mode of running a school,and that the long-term supervision system and the actual situation at the current stage have created contradictions.From the perspective of front-line education and teaching,the article analyzes the status quo and problems and proposes an improvement plan for the education and teaching supervision and evaluation mechanism.It is recommended to comprehensively consider the teacher’s teaching evaluation,reduce the proportion of students’evaluation of teaching and increase the proportion of teaching supervision.
