摘要
AAS是化学化工领域中常用的大型分析仪器,是应用化学专业实验中仪器分析部分的重要内容之一。我们针对专业实验《FAAS测定茶叶中Zn、Ca含量》中存在的样品前处理时间较长、仪器工作参数多、台套数较少、仪器工作以及消除干扰等原理较复杂等问题进行了改进,取得了良好效果。
AAS is a common large-scale analytical instrument in chemistry and chemical engineering,which is an important part of instrumental analysis on the experiment of applied chemistry specialty.Improvements were conducted aimed at the existing problems of long sample processing time,excessive instrument working parameters,fewer sets of devices,complicated instrument operation and interference elimination principles.Good results were accomplished.
