摘要
针对传统损管指挥存在的损害定位难,人员调度不合理、指挥效率低和决策失误多等问题,提出一种基于态势的损管辅助决策系统。该系统是一个基于全船损管信息集成和损管辅助决策的损管指挥系统,代表着国外损管指挥的发展趋势,综合了态势集成、分析决策、行动指挥和损害评估等功能特点。
The current damage management control system(DMCS)has some problems,such as on board crew is hard to locate or to schedule reasonably,the efficiency of command is poor,and the decision is full of mistakes.To solve these problems,a whole-ship situation based decision making assistant system was designed,which integrates all damage control(DC)information on board and decision making assistant command system.The design can represent an advanced international development within key features such as whole-ship integration,decision making,action command and DC evaluation.
