舰船柴油舱组及其集中透气管内柴油蒸气燃爆数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation of Diesel Evaporation Explosion in Diesel Oil Tank Set with Its Centralized Venting Tube

摘要 针对舰船柴油舱组及其集中透气管由于柴油蒸发可能导致的油气起火爆炸以及火焰通过透气管传播引发相邻油舱爆炸的问题,采用Fluent、Flacs数值模拟软件分别模拟柴油油气蒸发和组分分布情况以及当前分布下柴油舱发生起火爆炸并进一步通过透气管发生传爆的可能性及危害性。Fluent模拟结果显示,不同温度下油气分布规律类似,差异主要体现在油气扩散速度和油气体积分数。Flacs模拟结果显示,在文中模型体系条件下,透气管管径为150 mm时难以发生传爆;当管径为500 mm时,则可发生传爆现象。 The evaporation of diesel in restricted ship diesel oil tank set may cause serious fire and explosion accidents and the explosion fire may spread through the centralized venting tube resulting in the explosion of adjacent oil tank.For this problem,the Fluent and Flacs software were used to simulate diesel evaporation to obtain the vapor distribution and analyze the risk of explosion flame propagating through the ventilating pipe under the current distribution.The Fluent simulation results showed that the vapor distribution laws are similar at different temperatures,and the variations are mainly reflected in the vapor diffusion rates and concentration values.The results of Flacs showed that it is difficult for explosion flame to spread when the diameter of the vent tube is150mm under the condition of the model system described in this paper.When the diameter of vent tube reaches500mm,fire could spread and cause the explosion of the other oil tank.
