摘要
使用C8色谱柱,以体积分数为90%的甲醇水溶液为流动相,等度洗脱,多反应离子检测模式,监测离子对为m/z547.7→m/z305.4,建立了一次性使用输液器中偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM)溶出量的液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用(LC-MS/MS)检测方法.结果表明:TOTM质量浓度为5~150 ng/mL时,线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),检出限为0.5 ng/mL,相对标准偏差均小于2.27%,回收率在98.40%~100.22%之间.该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,适用于一次性使用输液器中TOTM的溶出量分析.
The LC-MS/MS method was developed and validated for the determination of the TOTM released from disposable infusion set.A C8column was used with the mobile phase of methanol:water(V/V=90∶10)by isocratic elution.The analyte(m/z547.7→m/z305.4)was monitored under MRM mode.The conclusion indicated that the peak area is linear with its contents in the range of5~150ng/mL(r=0.9994),the detection limit is0.5ng/mL.the RSD are less than2.27%,the recovery ratio is in the range of98.40%~100.22%.This method is convenient,sensitive with good accuracy and precision,so that it can serve well in the quantitative analysis of TOTM released from disposable infusion set.
