摘要
目的探讨服药依从性的提高对出院精神分裂症患者精神症状及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年6月～2017年6月出院的76例符合《国际疾病诊断与分类标准》第十版(ICD-10)中精神分裂症诊断的患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各38例,两组一般资料(性别、年龄、病程等)差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),具有可比性。均常规接受抗精神病药物治疗,在此基础上,研究组定期电话随访健康指导及强调服药的重要性,提高患者的服药依从性,随访6个月时。采用患者服药依从性调查量表观察服药依从性情况及用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评定患者精神症状及生活质量改善的情况。结果两组患者入组时PANSS评分、GQOLI-74评分和治疗依从性比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),随访6个月时两组PANSS各项评分较治疗前均有明显改善,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组GQOLI-74躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分及总分均较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论提高出院精神分裂症患者服药依从性可以改善患者精神症状和提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of improved drug compliance on mental symptoms and quality of life of discharged patients with schizophrenia.Methods Seventy-six patients discharged from our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 who met the diagnosis of schizophrenia in the tenth edition of International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10)were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.There was no statistically significant difference in general data(gender,age,course of disease,etc.)between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was comparability.All patients were routinely treated with antipsychotic drugs.On basis of it,the study group was given regularly telephone follow-ups to conduct health guidance and emphasize the importance of medication to improve the drug compliance.The follow-up period was 6 months.The drug compliance survey scale was used to observe drug compliance of patients.Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and General Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI-74)were used to evaluate the improvement of mental symptoms and quality of life of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the PANSS score,GQOLI-74 score and treatment compliance in the two groups(P>0.05).PANSS scores of 6-months follow-up in the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of body function,psychological function and social function and total score of GQOLI-74 in two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improving drug compliance of discharged patients with schizophrenia can improve mental symptoms and quality of life.
