基于层次分析法与模糊综合评判法的高桩码头技术状态研究 被引量:3

摘要 首先通过层次分析法确定高桩码头技术状态影响因素集和子因素集,并确定评语集,按评语集进行模糊评判,确定高桩码头技术状态类别,并首次创新的提出技术状态类别与处理措施的对应关系,最后以某高桩码头项目为依托,采用模糊综合评判法对该码头进行技术状态评价。结果表明,该评判体系能够全面、有效的反映高桩码头技术状态的影响因素,并且能较好的评价出高桩码头的技术状态,具有简洁性、适用性,可为今后高桩码头维护管理及加固工作提供决策依据。 Firstly define the influence factor set,sub-factor set and comment set of piled berth technical status by using the analytic hierarchy process.Then determine the technical status category of the piled berth by using the fuzzy evaluation based on the comment set,and make such innovative proposal as the correlation between the technical status category and the corresponding measures.Finally adopt a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation to carry out the technical status evaluation based on a piled berth project.The results show that the fuzzy evaluation system fully and effectively reflects the influence factors of piled berth technical status,and better evaluates its technical status.Its simplicity and applicability will provide the basis for determining the maintenance,management and reinforcement of piled berths in future.
